Located near the Farmstead Market in Murrieta, Torq Fit is one of the premier boutique fitness-training studios in Riverside County. When we were approached with the project, the building was brand new and ready to build out, and the developer had basically built the shell of the building and was 100% unfinished inside (no drywall, insulation, electrical, plumbing, etc.). The complete build out was a little under 4,000 sq ft. We were able to contract with both the tenant and the building owner to get both of their scopes of work done at the same time, which saved both of them time and money. We enjoyed this project because it was unique and not the run of the mill tenant improvement, with the clear view garage doors, custom juice bar and quality finish selections to make it a very unique destination for fitness enthusiasts.
